2. Products and Pricing

  • All products are subject to availability
  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice
  • Product images are for reference; actual colors may vary slightly
  • Customization details must be confirmed before production begins

3. Orders and Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment verification
  • We accept payment through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, etc.
  • For bulk/custom orders, we may require advance payment (typically 50%)
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started

4. Customization and Design

  • You are responsible for providing accurate design files, logos, and text
  • We will provide design mockups for approval before production
  • Once approved, changes cannot be made
  • We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided content
  • Copyrighted or trademarked content requires proper authorization

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines: 7-14 business days (varies by location and order size)
  • Shipping charges apply as per location
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier
  • For bulk orders, delivery schedules will be communicated separately

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Custom/Personalized Products:

  • Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective

Non-Custom Products:

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Return shipping costs borne by the customer (unless the product is defective)

Defective Products:

  • Report defects within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos as proof
  • We will replace or refund defective items

Refund Process:

  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receiving returned items
  • Refunds issued to the original payment method

7. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, and designs are our property
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without permission
  • Custom designs created for you remain your property after full payment

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Errors in customer-provided content
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes will be governed by the laws of India
  • Jurisdiction: Bangalore courts only
  • We encourage resolving disputes through direct communication first

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
